Anneliese Louise van der Pol, an American singer and actress of Dutch descent, is a Dutch native. She is known for her work in the theatre and also for playing Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol (American Female) is an actor from the Netherlands and performer best known for regular roles in the TV show That's So Raven. In 2006 she recorded a cover version of the classic Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon in a special edition of Disneymania. She recorded a variety of tracks from the show which included A Change in Me.
