Allana played in Australia during Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries made her go through a number of seasons without playing before switching to the Rugby League. Allana had her first ever union rugby game for women which was held by New South Wales and she stood out in that match against Queensland. Allana can also be found as a regular radio personality, appearing regularly with 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana is a teacher with a complete certification outside of sports.
